Analyst Program

The Equity Research Program is a selective semester-based program where chosen analysts spend a semester performing the duties that a professional analyst performs in his or her day-to-day.

Whether it is re-evaluating a current holding, identifying a buying opportunity and preparing a pitch after the proper due diligence, or preparing a pitch to sell a current holding, we aim to provide our Equity Analysts with a well-rounded experience that allows them to sharpen the skills they will need as they go into careers in banking, investments, corporate finance, accounting, and other career paths in the financial sector.

During the Program, an analyst will have the opportunity to develop the following:

Senior Analyst 

Picture
The senior analyst role is reserved for those who excel at the analyst program. A senior analyst must be familiar with the DCF model that we use and should have a curious mind. Senior analyst teach the DCF model and the basics for valuation to the analyst coming into the program. All of our senior analyst are recommend to the position from an analyst role by the senior analysts they worked with. This helps us keep the level of the program to a high standard as usually the top analysts get senior analyst offers.
